Jazz Band

The Cedar Park Jazz Band is a before-school activity for 7th and 8th graders that meets most Thursday or Friday (whichever is an A day) mornings from 8:15-9:00 a.m.  In this group students learn to play various styles of jazz including rock, swing, and latin jazz. The jazz band performs in community concerts and also at elementary schools throughout the year.

Students interested in trying out for the Jazz Band should pick-up audition music and the info sheet in October.
